It's so charred I can't tell if it's just the ash that makes it look like the neutral is going into the ground pin...
also... why is there two neutrals going into the one connector, but only one ground and hot. Where did you find this abomination?
Unless that connector was at the male end of a twofer, maybe?
And wow. That's smoky. Hey! Wanna light some plastic on fire?
